Description
This rum is distilled on the famous single wooden pot still “Versailles”, previously placed at the Enmore Distillery, later moved to Diamond Distillery. This is a rich complex Guyanese rum with dark, liquirice and chocolate aromas, followed by a complex, woody and bittersweet palate. The rum is 100% continentally aged. Total 143 bottles
Bottled at full cask strength, without chill filtration, coloring, or added sugar, this is pure, unadulterated.
