Description
This rum is a blend of the mystical Diamond High Ester pot still and the legendary double wooden pot still Port Morant. The rum was blended as fresh rum in an Oloroso cask in UK for 8 years. We decided to bottle half the cask now, and then transfer the rest to a recycled Guyana cask for further maturation. This resulted in 217 bottles bottled at 54.3%
