Nobilis Rum ApS accepts online payments by Visa Card and Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT and excise duty.
The website uses Danish Kroner (DKK) for pricing.
Nobilis Rum ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

The delivery time for your order is usually 5 – 10 business days.

Right of return
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will bear any return costs yourself for returning the goods to us.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of return.
Requests for the use of the right of return must be sent by email firstname.lastname@example.org. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of return
State of product when returning
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item. This means that we must receive the item in the same condition as you received it. If not, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Nobilis Rum ApS to assess the condition of the product.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding defective product must be reported to Nobilis Rum ApS within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
